These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites and products operated by vance.digital ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

vance.digital provides digital software products and creative technology services, including but not limited to Roto Agent (AI-powered fantasy baseball tools) and Vinyl Vision (smart glasses companion app). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

2. Accounts

Some of our products require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Payments and Billing

Paid services are billed in advance on a subscription or one-time basis as indicated at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, contact us at support@vance.digital within 30 days of your purchase. We will review your request and respond promptly. We aim to be fair and reasonable in all refund decisions.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of our services without written permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our services

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our websites and within our products are owned by vance.digital or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute our intellectual property without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, vance.digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
